Ronald is a founding partner of Beaulieu Capital. He has worked on a wide range of structured finance transactions throughout Europe, North America and Australasia as an Executive Director in BNP Paribas Fortis, Investec, BBVA and Andersen Corporate Finance. Ronald was a tax consultant with Andersen in Kuala Lumpur and London and was the primary consultant to the Malaysian Securities Commission in the First Malaysian Capital Markets Master Plan. Ronald is a gourmet and enjoys preparing exciting food for the enjoyment of his family and friends. He is also an avid sports fan.

David is a founding partner of Beaulieu Capital. Prior to this, he headed BNPP's Structured Asset Finance team and was head of Tax Structured Risk at Lloyds Bank. David qualified for his ACA at PwC, specialising in financial sector taxation and then developed his interest and skills in asset based structured finance at NatWest Markets and Macquarie Bank. David has originated, structured and executed financings worth several billions of dollars across a wide range of jurisdictions including: US, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. In his spare time, David enjoys sea angling, writing music and off-piste skiing.
